The official World Cup Draw is held on April 29th 2023 and this will determine the groups as well as the locations where each team will play for their respective Group games. Canada has already been allocated to play in Indonesia.

There are different packages available for purchase, and more types of packages and tickets will become available after the draw ceremony and in the months following.
Currently, you can buy two Weekend Passes that include the 4 games played on the weekend of choice (Weekend 1: August 26th and 27th / Weekend 2: September 2nd and 3rd).
You can also purchase the Follow My Team Canada which includes the 5 games that Canada will play in the Group Phase.
The rest of the Follow My Team pass will be allocated after the official draw is held in April 29th, 2023.

Most of the Follow My Team Packages are available and for sale at the official FIBA website, https://followmyteam.worldcup.basketball/. Once the draw is held on April 29th 2023, you will know exactly in what venue and country your team is playing.
All Follow My Team Packages include the 5 games where your team plays in the Group Stage.

For the ticket packages, a maximum of 8 ticket can be ordered per user.

Currently, you can purchase Weekend Passes in 8 different categories: From Cat 1A to Cat 5, and the Follow My Team Canada in 3 categories.

You cannot choose your seat number, however, after the official FIBA World Cup draw is held, all ticket sales will be automatically assigned a seat number upon purchase.
If you have already purchased your tickets, we will assign your seats automatically. Tickets will be assigned by date of purchase.

All children, regardless of age, must be in possession of a full priced ticket, if they want to use a seat. If children age below 6 years old, they can enter the venue for free but will have to sit at their parent’s / guardian’s lap.

All the dedicated seats and tickets for people with special requirements will be on sale after the official draw is held on April 29th. There will be dedicated seats available for all games held in Indonesia Arena.
People with special requirements will be able to purchase 2 tickets to include an accompanying person.
On the day of the event, on arrival at the entrance, the person with special requirements will need to show their disability ID, and, in case of misrepresentation of disability, the ticket holder will have to pay for the difference to a normal priced ticket.

All tickets are associated with the purchaser, and the as owners of the tickets they will have the right to transfer one or all of the tickets to other people, who will then become owners of the ticket. Transfer of ownership of ticket should be made 24 hours before the game.
Purchasers will have access to their tickets in the following months, and they will be able to create an account to manage their tickets.

All children older than 6 years old are required to purchase a full price ticket. Children less than 6 years old will be allowed to enter the venue without a ticket, but will need to sit in their parent / guardian’s lap and will not have a right to occupy a seat. This will only apply to one child per parent / guardian.

Once the draw is held on April 29th, everyone who has already purchased tickets will have them available in their accounts (in June 2023, exact day to be confirmed). Instructions on how to access your account will be emailed to you when your tickets are available. When tickets start selling in a numbered format, all clients will receive their ticket immediately after purchase.

Currently, official tickets for the FIBA Basketball World Cup 2023 can only be bought at https://tickets.worldcup.basketball, https://indonesia.worldcup.basketball/, and https://followmyteam.worldcup.basketball/. If other official vendors become available, they will always be announced on our official website.

An order cannot be cancelled; all sales are final. Tickets will only be refunded for causes directly attributable to the organization.
